Estate Planning Through Wills and Trusts

For people who don’t want a complicated legal process (or family battle)

Estate Planning Made Simple

That doesn’t sound like a sentence that should exist, but we found a way. There are various documents that you need to have in order to plan your estate, protect your legacy, and create a plan that matches your desires. It can feel like a lot.

At the same time, you don’t want your assets to go to the wrong people (trust me, we saw your face at that wedding) or to pay unnecessary taxes. That’s why we created a seamless way for you to plan your estate and sign everything electronically in just a couple of meetings with our Washington-based legal team.

Licensed Attorneys

With decades of collective legal experience, we know how to craft documents that honor your exact wants.

Remote-Friendly

We have a physical office in Wenatchee, Washington, but can carry out the entire process online if you prefer.

Flexible Operating Hours

You’re not confined to the typical 9-5 with us. We have extended hours to make finding time to do this easier.

Flat-fee Packages

Because an extra surprise $2000 due to unforeseen billable hours makes us scared for you.

How It Works

Watch our process in action to understand how we do what we do. And all of the things we’ll do instead of you. ;)

Accessible and convenient legal for people who want to hand this off and know their family is covered.

The future is here

And it starts with our firm’s process

Step 1

Free Planning Meeting

Schedule a free planning meeting via Zoom with one of our paralegals to learn about your options and find something that's tailored to your exact needs.

Step 2

Client Questionnaire

Complete your short, simple client questionnaire so we can learn more about you, your estate, and what your wishes are.

Step 3

Design Meeting

Have a Design Meeting with your attorney to review your questionnaire and further discuss options.

Step 3.5

We Handle Everything

We take care of everything behind the scenes. The .5 is because you don't have to do anything for this part.

Step 4

Review Meeting

Hop on the Review Meeting on Zoom to discuss the drafts, make changes, and answer questions.

Step 5

Signing Meeting

The final Signing Meeting allows you to electronically sign (or in-person at our Wenatchee office) your estate planning documents and take a deep breath knowing your family is taken care of.

The Investment

Typical Spend: $1500 - $4,285

*you’ll get a flat-fee package rate on the call, because surprise billable hours are not how we roll
